CDC recently constructed new offices in Hyderabad, Lahore and Islamabad with Headoofice in Karachi, with state of the art equipment. The purpose was to enter a new technological era and change the traditional ways of financial transactions. An advance security system was required which would advocate technology in the premises.

21 Axis 206 cameras were installed at all the staircases, lifts and sensitive points within the building, and the outside perimiter was guarded with 6 Axis 211 which delivered a sharp, high resolution images in daylight and at night time as well. The load was distributed on two Xeon machines so as to give greater processing power, control and storage for the cameras. Motion recording was used for areas where motion would seldom take place.

They take immediate action whenever a suspicious activity is noted thanks to the quick browse feature available on the monitor, and later make a collection of AVI's, which is then burned on a DVD at the end of the month and archived. |
